Meet Ollie, our youngest team member and future construction expert! At just 7 years old, Ollie brings endless enthusiasm and a whole lot of curiosity to our family-owned business. Whether he’s lending a hand with the tools, organizing supplies, or offering his expert opinion on project progress, Ollie is always eager to pitch in wherever he’s needed. His infectious energy and genuine interest in what we do keep the team motivated—and remind us all that no task is ever too small when it’s done with heart. We’re excited to watch Ollie grow into the next generation of builders!

From the very beginning, Karen's mom, Pete's wife, and Gary's mother-in-law, Barbara, was the heart and soul of our family’s journey. Her calming presence was something you could feel instantly, and she had a unique ability to put everyone at ease. Though she took a backseat in the business, she was always there to offer encouragement, support, and thoughtful solutions whenever we faced challenges. She was a beautiful, gentle soul—truly one of a kind. In the midst of any storm, she was our calm, reminding us to stay grounded and loyal to our roots.

Sadly, Barbara passed away unexpectedly in 2020 at the age of 66, leaving a void in our hearts that can never be filled. Yet, her memory, love, and guidance continue to live on in all of us. We carry her spirit with us every step of the way, knowing she will forever be watching over us on this journey.
